TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts between Germany-Translation-Service and the Customer. These Terms and Conditions are accepted by the customer placing an order in writing: 

 

  • Our translations are always carried out or proof-read by a native translator and certified by a translator publicly appointed and sworn in by a court in Germany. 
  • In the event that the source text contains any ambiguities, we reserve the right to consult with the Customer.
  • For presentation at a German authority, we require originals or certified copies of the customer’s documents to produce a certified translation.
  • Certified translations are delivered by registered mail.
  • We gladly also provide uncertified translations. These translations are delivered online or by regular mail.
  • Delivery times apply after receipt of payment. Delivery times for follow-up orders apply after receipt of documents.  
  • Our professional indemnity insurance covers any claim in the event of damage or loss.
  • Strictest confidentiality of all translation assignments is maintained.
